MAILING NOTE:
The book is mailed via either Registered Airmail or Courier Post by DHL depending on the country. The book will be shipped within 3 days of receiving order. Registered Airmail takes approximately 14 business days to get to country of destination. The delay may be incurred according to airport custom clearance or distribution process or situation in each country. Courier Post by DHL takes approximately 5 business days to get to country of destination. The delay may be incurred according to airport custom clearance or distribution process or situation in each country.
We cannot be responsible for the return package due to incomplete address or no one receiving the package upon delivery or tax refusal etc. You will need to pay for re-mailing and no refund. (This happens often. Please make sure your address is correct and please include your phone number)
Please note that due to the complexity of the online payment, we cannot offer a refund. However, if you receive the book in a damaged condition, please take a photo and send an email to us. We will send a new book at no cost of shipping to you.
