MAILING NOTE:
Upon the order is completely paid, the books will be shipped within 3 business days. To avoid the delay, please make sure the receiver’s name, address, phone number and email address are correct and written in English only. Once the order is shipped, tracking number will be sent to the buyer by email.
There are 4 shipping options for your choices as follows;
- ePacket: It takes approximately 14 business days to get to country of destination.
- International Parcel Air: It takes 14 business days to get to country of destination.
- EMS (Express Mail Service): It takes approximately 7-10 business days to get to country of destination.
- Courier Post by DHL: It takes approximately 5-7 business days to get to country of destination.
Every single shipment has its own tracking number and can be traced via www.thailandpost.com. The delay may be incurred according to custom clearance or distribution process or situation in each country.
The receiver is subject to be responsible for import tax/duty upon notification made by the officer in country of destination.
There is non-refundable for the return shipment due to
- Incompletion of receiver’s name, address, phone number or email address
- Receiver’s name, address, phone number or email address was written in non-English
- No show or no one receiving the shipment upon delivery
- Refusal of import tax/duty
The buyer is subject to pay the second shipping fee for the return shipment due to the above reason.
Please note that due to the complexity of the online payment, we cannot offer a refund if you place your online order by mistake.
